AK | OH BHOLENATH | OFFICIAL SONG | BEHIND STORY
Written by Ashok Kunreddy
Hello and welcome...
This is AK.
Thank you for being here,
and for taking a moment to listen.
This story is about the song “Oh Bholenath.”
This is not just a song for me...
It’s a journey...
a reset...
and a transformation.
Like many people, before the COVID pandemic,
I was living life on fast-forward.
Chasing dreams, ambitions, routines -
without really stopping to ask why.
Spirituality wasn’t something I deeply connected with back then.
Life was busy, loud,
and moving too fast.
Then suddenly...
the world slowed down.
During the pandemic, everything changed.
Uncertainty, fear, and isolation surfaced all at once.
Plans collapsed...
Direction blurred...
And I found myself facing an inner storm
I could no longer ignore.
In that silence...
In that chaos...
Something unexpected happened.
I found myself drawn toward Lord Shiva - Bholenath.
Not as a distant god...
but as an energy...
a presence...
a calm strength that exists
even when everything else falls apart.
Bholenath represents creation and destruction...
endings and beginnings.
And during that time, that idea hit me deeply.
Reset...
Restart.
The realization that no matter how broken things feel,
there is always a chance to begin again -
with patience, clarity, and love.
That’s when this song started forming.
The lyrics reflect pieces of my life -
a flicker of faith from childhood...
the storm of struggle during the pandemic...
and finally, the peace
that comes with surrender and acceptance.
The trance sound you hear in Oh Bholenath
is intentional.
The hypnotic beats mirror meditation.
The rise and fall of energy reflects life itself.
And the constant pulse represents
the divine rhythm that never stops.
Creating this track felt like meditation...
Like healing...
Like finding my center again.
Oh Bholenath is my way of sharing that experience -
not to preach...
but to invite.
To invite you to pause...
to breathe...
to find your own reset...
your own restart -
through music, reflection, or faith.
After writing Oh Bholenath,
"I realized that, even when everything feels broken, there is always a chance to begin again—with patience, clarity, and love.”
